Tape Sculptures!

Things have been pretty sticky in the art room these days. My grade five students have been busy creating tape scupltures. Using wide cello packing tape, the kids created, bottles, shoes, cups and teapots. They also had to find a way to include themselves in the sculpture. So, somewhere inside each piece is a picture of the artist. Here is a look at the work from Mrs. Colvin’s class.
